Guided tour with meal in Lizeaga cider house

We present you a very special opportunity to round out your stay at Lizeaga Cider House. We Will meet at the entrance of the family farm an hour before lunch, to take a guided tour in the cider cellar. During the visit you Will have the opportunity to discover all the secrets of the house: the history of the family and the farmhouse, the apple orchard and the apple varieties they use, the process of making Euskal Sagardoa Basque cider. And of course, along with a small bite, we Will taste different ciders, while we discover the peculiarities of each of them. You Will taste cider directly from the barrels and also in bottles, to learn about the different ways of consuming this ancient drink. Once the visit is over, you Will go to your table to enjoy the traditional cider house menu: cod omelette, fried cod with green peppers, T-bone steak, walnuts and Idiazabal cheese; and all this while you taste local cider.
